YAMS Hypnotherapy sessions with Christina Darroch, our trained hypnotherapist, will start on Wednesday 24th March at 7pm and every Wednesday thereafter.
Hypnotherapy can help improve quality of life and help relieve stress from the mind and body. Hypnotherapy induces a relaxed state where you are in complete control. During this relaxed state, hypnosis can increase positive wellbeing and provide some ‘me’ time. The main benefit of joining the hypnotherapy session, is to reduce the feelings of stress and enhance relaxation.
If you decide to join, you will need to download the free Zoom app. You will not be required to be on camera and all mics will be turned off. With total anonymity, you can experience hypnotherapy in the comfort of your own home. The session can last around 30-45 minutes.
