Patricia's Coffee Bar

The wonderful staff and owners of Patricia's Coffee Bar in Govanhill Glasgow support YAMS by hosting a YAMS Chat Cafe every Monday night. Our volunteers, Ozzy and David are on hand to support anyone who pops in. Visit during the day for a delicious meal and wonderful coffee.

Bayne's The Family Bakers are wonderful supporters of YAMS. Manager Laura Gilgun of Airdrie Bayne's store supports a YAMS Chat Cafe every Monday night. Our wonderful volunteer, Alan Neilson, leads this informal support group. Bayne's stores also support YAMS by fundraising through tin collections.

We are so grateful to The Robertson Trust for funding a Charity Manager position to allow YAMS to grow. This funded position has been instrumental in the expansion of our services, funding growth and relocation of our premises.

We are grateful to the Asda Foundation for funding our Welcome Back party to introduce people back into our new premises at Newarthill Library and also for our Green Token Grant.

Thank you to North Lanarkshire Council for supporting YAMS through Community Grants. We are grateful for these funds which help our weekly costa and supporting us into our new premises in Newarthill Library.

HSBC kindly supported our Charity with a grant for electronic equipment to use in our new hub. This will also support us to run Digital Inclusion Courses.

The Motherwell Consortium, (Health & Social Care North Lanarkshire) have kindly supported YAMS for the last 2 years. We have been able to fund equipment for our Children's Group through this and will also be used to fund our upcoming Children's Mental Health & Wellbeing Group.

The National Lottery kindly granted our chairty the funds to hire x2 part time Project Co-ordinator's for the next 2 years. This will really help us to grow and develop.
