Drop-in 1:1 Support

Service Description

Every Monday 6:30-8:30pm. No need to book. Our drop-in hub provides informal, no appointment required support. You will be greeted at reception and can request to speak to a volunteer 1:1 in a more private space, sit at our social table for a cuppa and a blether with a small group of peers and a few volunteers, browse and borrow from our feel good book collection, take some self help leaflets from our collection or join in with one of our free therapeutic activities.
